Group 1 Toyota Hub City, Lubbock, TX is very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful with any problem you may have. Especially David, one of the service advisors. I am not tech savvy and David continuously helps me with WiFi, internet connection, and understanding of dashboard panel. David is very kind and diligent to make you feel comfortable in asking questions. He always goes out of his way for you as a customer. He is a keeper. I have so much respect David and this company. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

Shop Foreman Kyle Hair understands the engine sensor systems completely & immediately always knows in which area to test where the problem most likely is occurring saving time & money. Teamed up with efficient & courteous service writer Adam Baugher who is in constant communication with the shop he keeps me informed of the progress of the repair of my vehicle so that I have complete confidence that my vehicle is in competent hands. This is the Toyota dealership to do business with as I highly recommend them to anyone needing service to their vehicle.
