Got a nail in the tire, went in to get 4 new tires since it was around that time anyway. The guys here sold me three tires left the spare and the flat tire. Never returning here to these geniuses.

I started this process 3 months ago and looked at every Brand available from Ford, Nissan, Chevy and GMC and ended up at Toyota. When I ended up at Gene Messer (Group 1) it was merely to look at and test drive a truck I was working on with a different dealership when I met Manager Austin Vaden who was amazing! I was working with a different dealership in another town that had initially broke the records for an amazing deal. But when I was talking to Austin about my current deal and my situation that I’m retiring and was on a strict budget he understood and told me he would beat their deal and get me in my truck. I had severe doubts about his comments as I had been let down by others previously. After weeks of dealing he came up with the deal that was great on a Fully loaded truck with all my features and options I wanted but it was still just outside my budget, so he refigured another deal on a vehicle that had most of my features/options and that’s what I ended up getting , I did have to give up a few features I really wanted but he did an amazing job on what he had available. I even spoke to the other dealership and they advised me I would be dumb to pass on this deal that no one would ever be able to match it. Yes I do hate not having all the options I wanted but it definitely better than what I was currently driving. I would definitely do business again with this dealership but specifically with Manager Austin Vaden and if need be follow him wherever he goes. I really appreciate him and his commitment and understanding of my situation and he listened carefully and worked hard to get me as close to my dream truck as possible!!! So thank you Austin you are my hero and I appreciate you and thank you for your time and effort you showed me through out this process. I did fight hard to get a few luxuries done at the end but he was unable to get those done with the deal. I highly recommend Austin and his team if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I don't like to visit this dealership most of the time. When I bought my previous Toyota, they refused to sell me one for a reasonable price. I bought in Dallas and saved around $10,000. So when I bought my current Toyota in Oklahoma, I swore I wouldn't go to Hub City for anything. Unfortunately, I had questions about how top use all the new features. The first time I went, Bryan lied and said my car didn't come worth remote start. The second time I went, it was for the $19.95 oil change. Same gentleman helped me and again was rude. Today, I took it for a $17.76 oil change and to have the battery checked, not planing to get it fixed there but couldn't pass up the cheap oil change and fee testing. Colby helped me today and was SO nice. He did everything he could to make my time there pleasant. It did take over 2 hours to get the oil changed and a replacement battery, which is extreme, but he was very pleasant. I did see Bryan who went through the waiting areas and spoke to entwined that was waiting for their car except for me. If I have to go back, I'll definitely ask for Colby. So far, he is there only one over found there that is nice.
